Wilfredo has over 30 years of experience providing services related to strategy formulation, change management and M&A advisory to corporations internationally and in Peru – with special focus on family businesses.

Wilfredo served as chairman of Copeinca from 2004 to 2008 where he led the listing of the company on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He held the role of CEO at Grupo Sarfaty from 2009 to 2011. Wilfredo worked as CEO at Tecnicas y Metalicas S.A.C. from 2012 to 2016 and CEO of Savar Corporacion Logistica S.A. from 2016 to 2017.

Wilfredo holds an B.A. degree in Business Administration & Economics from the University of Pacifico and an MBA from IESE Business School.
